Agency & Partner Terms

1. Program

The DMS Lab Partner Program allows agencies, resellers, and referral partners to earn commission by introducing paying customers to DMS Labs AI. Enrollment requires a signed partner agreement; these terms summarize standard conditions.

2. Partner Tracks

• Referral: introduce customers via a tracked link; commission on first 12 months of revenue.
• Reseller: buy at wholesale and resell under your own invoice; you own the customer relationship and front-line support.
• Implementation Partner: deliver integration and fine-tuning services to mutual customers.

3. Commission and Payouts

• Standard commission rates are published in the partner portal and may differ by tier.
• Payouts are monthly in VND, subject to a minimum threshold and verified attribution.
• Commission is payable only on collected, non-refunded revenue.
• Vietnamese VAT invoicing is required for all payouts.

4. Conduct

• No spam, misleading claims, or trademark-bidding on DMS Lab marks.
• No incentivized sign-ups that violate applicable advertising rules.
• Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate on 30 days' notice. Commission on properly attributed revenue accrued before termination remains payable. Material breach (fraud, brand damage) allows immediate termination without further payouts.
