Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited uses and enforcement actions for policy violations.

1. Purpose
This policy defines unacceptable uses of DMS Labs AI. It applies to all accounts, API keys, and integrations, including downstream users of your application.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
- Illegal content under Vietnamese law, including CSAM and terrorism facilitation.
- Targeted harassment, doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery, or incitement to violence.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, or attacks on third-party systems.
- Automated generation of disinformation at scale, political micro-targeting without disclosure, or impersonation of real individuals or officials.
- High-risk decisioning without human review: credit, employment, healthcare, legal, or law enforcement outcomes.
- Generation of regulated professional advice presented as authoritative.
- Circumventing rate limits, quotas, or safety systems; key sharing; resale of raw API access without a written reseller agreement.
- Benchmark scraping or training competing foundation models on our outputs.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Maintain your own acceptable-use rules for downstream users.
- Implement human review for any consequential decisions.
- Disclose AI involvement where required by law or platform policy.
4. Enforcement
Violations may trigger warnings, rate-limit reductions, suspension, or termination without refund. Serious or repeated violations will be reported to authorities where required.
5. Reporting
Report abuse to abuse@dmslab.ai with relevant request IDs and timestamps.
